Conflict Management

Your partner for differentiated conflict management

I consult on the viability of lawsuits and pursue your rights before German civil courts. However, I am also educated and trained in alternative dispute resolution, particularly in business mediation. Not always are lawsuit the most abt and promising way of pursuing a client’s interest. Mediation, arbitration, binding expert opinions, adjudication and variations of these methods can in individual cases be more efficient alternatives. More on these tools can be found on the German version of this site.
